How WACCA Helps You Fight Unjust Claims & Abuses Involving: Credit Card Debts, Store Card Debts And Unsecured Loans (e.g. Car Loans) & Breaches Under The Data Protection Act

1. Your complaint details will be entered into the WACCA members-only database, where it will be assessed by some of the UK's top lawyers (Edwin Coe LLP).

2. Your complaint will be categorised, according to the different types of identified abuse, as well as breaches under the Data Protection Act.

3. WACCA’s external lawyers will have 24/7 access to the WACCA members-only data base in order to constantly be able to monitor and advise on abuses and harassment, as well as breaches under the Data Protection Act.

4. You and your fellow members choose whether or not you are prepared to be selected as a test case, the outcome of which may affect all members in your category of abuse or breach under the Data Protection Act.

5. If you are selected as a test case, you will become the client of a major external law firm, who will handle the litigation (legal process) for you. You will have full indemnity (exemption from costs) should the case be unsuccessful.
