Step One: Registration
Register your details to create an online account.
Step Two: Create an 'Issue'
Add the details of the Issue you would like to create. An Issue is one instance of debt and harassment details you would like to register.
Step Three: Make Payment
Make the payment of £195 to log your debt and harassment details. Your Issue will then be looked at by our external lawyers, as set out in How It Works.
That's it. Once you have registered your complaint you will be able to add further details about the harrassment you have suffered, as well as upload any related documents.
Our external lawyers may send you advice about your situation or request more information from you, and each time you will be sent an email notifying you of this.
