Can WACCA Help You?

There are many cases of consumer credit abuse, and WACCA is committed to identifying cases to fight through the courts that will have the most impact. The number of major debt collection agencies is relatively small and as a result WACCA, with legal partners Edwin Coe, wishes to select a case where the debt collections agency is common to as many WACCA members as possible.

As a result, we need to hear more about your personnel circumstance, in order to choose the next WACCA case that Edwin Coe will take on. WACCA needs to know which debt collections agency is hounding you.

Send an email to inconfidence@wacca.co.uk telling us the following:

• The name of the debt collections agency that is hounding you.
• The amount of your debt.
• The age of your debt.
• The amount of your monthly repayment.
• Your name and telephone number, so we can contact you and discuss your situation.

When WACCA has enough information from you all we will announce the next case we will take on.
